There’s not one single answer to this question. A website design is quoted based on the needs of each individual project. Every website is unique and requires different components; we design and develop custom websites specifically for your small business. We’ll ask a lot of questions, assess your needs, and give you a quote based on that assessment. Most of our sites run between $1,500 – $5,000 range, but can be more or less depending on needs.
On average, we shoot for a six to eight week turnaround, but the pace of any project is set by each client. How much input you can provide during the initial stages, your availability with feedback, how soon the content is ready – all this affects the speed of completion. The functionality needs may also play a role – more complex sites will take more time to develop.
We give as much wiggle room as we possibly can. After you’ve identified the general format and color schemes of your preferred design, we’ll complete up to 2 rounds of major revisions at no charge, for our Template Websites, and up to 3 rounds of major revisions at no charge, for our Authority Websites . Edits after this will incur additional charges.
Absolutely! Having a mobile-friendly website is more important than ever! We work hard to ensure your website looks great on a variety of devices.
Yes. WordPress is a great content management system that now powers more than 30% of the web. Its huge market share is due to it’s flexibility and ease of use. Don’t worry, offer revision rounds during the build and offer website editing packages for after, should you need us to modify things later. Plus, you will also have access to edit things on your end as well.

It really depends on what type of website you want. We’ll be able to discuss this during our initial intake before we start working together. Depending on which package we agree on we could need…
- Images of you and your team

- Any Videos you would like adding to the website
- Login details to your existing website
Usually that is you. You are the expert on your business, so it’s usually best if it comes from you. If you need help, we have copywriters who can help clean up or write original content for you at an additional cost.
For some of our plans, the answer is YES! Everything that we build on a Template Website Package will be 100% owned by you immediately. Those who choose to go with our Authority Website or Prebuild Package will need to either finish out the initial 2 years term or buyout the remaining of the website build first to completely own. Most of our customers choose to stay with us long-term but if for any reason you decide you want to take your site to another hosting service and get another company to service the site, we will happily assist you in making the transition as effortlessly and efficiently as possible. The website is yours in the end after all, and we want you to take it wherever you go.
After you ask for a quote for designing your website, we communicate with you either through email to go over your requirements. Once we have all your requirements, we will get back in touch with you within 3 business days in order to go over which plan would suit you best. Should you choose to go with us for your website design, we will reach back out for payment and begin onboarding.
